Delivery Information
We love having the opportunity to engage with our customers face to face, and get to know them!
Getting to ship our signs means that we delivered all over Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and some have gone even further!

As with any responsible company, safety is a priority at Illumiletter.

Pass Conditions
Like so many people who live in the Pacific Northwest know, Snoqualmie Pass, White Pass, Chinook Pass, and Satus Pass, all have a tendency to get quite a large amount of snow, especially between November-March.

If you have a concern about your sign not meeting the scheduled arrival date, please call. We are happy to go through the delivery process with you and work with finding an arrival date that keeps our drivers safe.

Coronavirus/Covid-19
With Covid-19 still a large part of our daily lives at this time, this could potentially impact deliveries as well.
We will do everything in our part to ensure your sign gets to you in a timely manner, in a healthy and responsible way.

Delivery Information
Illumiletter's delivery range currently includes all of Washington State, most of Northern Oregon and Western Idaho!

On the top of invoices, there are due dates. These due dates do not equate to delivery dates.
Due dates are set in place for our assembly team to have the sign finished- Shipping out the sign commences 1-3 days after the sign has met its due date. In any case where this has not been timed correctly, someone on our team will be in touch with you.

Sometimes, your delivery may become part of a 'batch'. If a large amount of signs have similar due dates, have wrapped up ahead of schedule, or are all going towards a similar location, they will all be shipped together at the same time. This means your sign may come a bit earlier than scheduled.
If we find that your sign would work best being delivered in a batch that is earlier than your requested delivery date, we will call and inform you of the change in arrival date.

Taking advantage of this is highly recommended. If the earlier date does not work out, anybody is more than welcome to come down and pick up their sign at our workshop.
With every sign we produce, we offer service to call and inform you of updates and when it is finished.

Shipping and Handling Information
Our signs come unwrapped, and unboxed. However, at an additional price, we can provide you with these amenities. Additional shipping and handling such as boxes, plastic wrap, bubble wrap, etc... must be requested at time of order placement, and will have an additional charge.
Prices vary on materials- it is highly encouraged to speak to your Sales Representative so you can get an idea of what additional shipping will cost.

We ask that with all on site deliveries, that you please have resources to help unload the products being delivered. We do not have our drivers unload the signs by themselves.
