Q: How far do you deliver?

A: Currently, our delivery range covers all of Washington State, as well as most of Northern Oregon, and Western Idaho. Upon special circumstances and requests, we do deliver further outside of the current range. For deliveries outside of range, approval must be made by both the sales representative and delivery management.

Q: What Files do we need to provide you?

A: In order for us to provide you with the highest quality sign, we ask you send us a high quality vectorized image, (.eps, .ai, and .pdfs are the easiest to access and review) as well as vectorized files of any printed graphics.

Q: Do you do installations? 

A: No, we do not do installations. If you are without an installer, we are happy to recommend somebody we know in your area.

Q: What are the smallest and largest sizes you can build?

A: Channel letters must be no smaller than 6" tall, and must be at least 1" stroke. For large signs, there is currently no limit, however, the size being requested must be reviewed and approved by both the sales representative and assembly management.
